저자: 이한별, 박선영, 이창훈, 김영민, 조교영 (원문 바로가기) ABSTRACT 본 연구는 안전보건공단에서 2018년 실시 된 제 9차 산업안전보건 실태조사 결과를 토대로 사업장 특성과 그에 사른 위험요인 노출 정도에 대하여 분석하였다. 주요 업종별 사업장의 일반적인 특성과 위험요인, 근로자 특성에 대하여 조사하였고, 산업재해발생 여부와 재해율 및 사고율에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 살펴보았다. 업종별 산업재해 발생에 따른 사업장 일반적 특성 및 근로자의 특성, 위험요인의 차이를 확인하기 위하여 카이제곱 검정을 실시하였으며 포아송회귀분석을 이용하여 재해자 수, 사고자 수에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. 그 결과 제조업의 경우 규모와 위험요인, 고령근로자 및 외국인근로자비중이 산업재해발생 여부와 재해율에 영향을 미쳤고 서비스업의 경우 노동조합 및 위험요인, 고령근로자비중이 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 건설업의 경우 기업 간 관계 및 고령근로자비중이 산업재해발생 여부와 재해율에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 산업재고해 및 사 감소를 위한 정책적 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. This study analyzed the characteristics of workplaces and the level of risk factor according to the results of the 9th Occupational Safety and Health Survey conducted in 2018 by the Safety and Health Agency. The general characteristics, risk factors, and worker characteristics of workplaces by major industries were examined, and the effects of industrial disaster rate and accident rates were examined. Chi-square test were conducted to identify differences in general workplaces, workers’ characteristics and risk factors according to industrial accidents by industry, and the effects on the worker number of industrial disaster and accident were analyzed using Poisson’s regression analysis. As a result, the industrial disaster rate and accident rate are affected by manufacturing’s size, level of risk factors, elderly worker ratio and foreign worker ratio and in service industry’s labor union, level of risk factors and elderly worker ratio. In addition, the industrial disaster rate and accident rate are affected by construction industry’s intercompany relationship and elderly worker ratio. This study aims to provide basic policy data for reducing industrial disaster and accident.
